Abbiamo deciso di unire la tradizione culinaria fiorentina con i sapori delle stagioni e delle regioni vicine e lontane, creando un’esperienza gastronomica unica ed innovativa.

La nostra proposta culinaria combina le pregiate bistecche, tartufi, formaggi, carpacci e salumi tipici della Toscana, gli aromi dell’Umbria, i prosciutti della Spagna, e una selezione accurata di vini provenienti dalle cantine più rinomate. La nostra ricerca continua di ingredienti freschi e pregiati ci permette di offrire piatti di alta qualità e dal sapore inconfondibile.

Il nostro “esperimento” di Alta Cucina si traduce nell’elaborazione di ricette originali e creative, che fondono sapientemente le diverse tradizioni gastronomiche per offrire ai nostri ospiti un’esperienza culinaria indimenticabile.

Au top ! Super cours de cuisine, bien organisé pas trop cher. Supers souvenirs !!

Service people are good, attentive, and knowledgeable - advised us on wine pairing.Tuscany-style steak (we've ordered t-bone/porterhouse) - the middle option, which, according to waiter, is of younger cow (4 to 6 years) sided with potatoes and spinach.

Florentine steak was on the list of meals I wanted to try while in Florence. It's an expensive meal, but how often are you in Florence? Besides, it's an amazing meal that can easily be split between 2 people, maybe more if you add some pasta or additional side dishes. We got our steak cooked medium-rare since that's what the waiter recommended. I usually prefer my steaks cooked medium, but this was such a tender and flavorful steak, it was perfect as served. The servers were very busy once the dinner crowd started arriving, but they were always helpful and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Cucina In Torre again next time I want a nice dinner.
